They should have sold 4 years ago, this is a great example of having a very poor exit plan.

Shipwreck? Strong financials, improving profitability, supply chain improving, Microsoft azure certified, the question is who would not want to buy this company?, Profitability and stability. Not sure where the shipwreck comment comes from but the organization as a whole is in a great position.
