What’s worse is the 2 wheeler in completions gets to pick his own HSE people and everything, I mean EVERYTHING gets swept under the rug. When they had real HSE guys out there- that actually did their jobs- 2 wheeler couldn’t handle it. Getting worse than cowboy Cabot days, most of us vendors don’t feel comfortable working out there.
In STX we continue to allow contract inspector (AA) bid out and award work with vendors sending bids to his personal email so keeps supply chain and security can’t track. Wondering what is the current cut % Mexico Supt is now taking while ops man continues to lecture on reading leadership books. Everyone knows these guys are untouchable and never have a “reported “ incident. We get reminded that they were hand picked by SB and “talking will end career”

STX has been having to hide incidents for 2 years along with the BV team failing to get people home to their families. If we report incidents our Mexico living Supt has told us our career will be over and our Ops Managers just continue to look the other way as long as we read our management books.
