Thank you @yxc+1jdWgfol. I had the same kind of feeling, when I saw how it's organised and who's being appointed to the study... The “new flavour of the day” syndrom I'm afraid.
I'm expecting the mountain to eventually deliver a mouse, as we say in my country, or Much Ado About Nothing in Shakespearean language...
@vhg+1jdWgfol Actually it’s a direct tie to the subject. The reason cited for the need to “transform” was that Xom was far behind our competitors in the industry study.
The project itself is a joke and will fail. Of course the HiPos on that team will undoubtedly be rewarded far before the actual results come to light. If one speaks up you are instantly shunned as not supportive and will suffer in the ranking…
Those of us who have been around have seen countless projects like this….
