I used to get frustrated, exhausted and neglected my personal life many times because of this job. And all for what? Nothing. Now I am in the phase of total indifference, just doing the bare minimum and waiting for severance pay. I don't feel bad about it, and I know I'm not the only one. This company does not deserve good employees.

Get a side hustle going. No need to give extra time a ungrateful company.
With your extra time, why not get paid to read The Fountainhead and never be a corporate slave again
