You pay to be on all these lists and you prepare your own submissions. If the Nobel prize were this way, Gates, Musk, and Bezos would all have a Nobel. The interesting part is that 3M invests in things like this, but tells sales reps not to travel.
Here is an interesting observation. You will see that sycophants, mostly management people, are posting this link on LinkedIn.
Funny thing is the hit rate for Likes in LinkedIn is super low by most 3Mers, since nobody is drinking the old Kool Aid these days...basically nobody believes the BS PR stunt any more!
3M must have given them a list of only LG15 and above royalty. And with these synchophants they still only scored 35th!
