This company never learns from its mistakes. Why the leadership does not see failures and mistakes as an opportunity for learning and improvement is puzzling.. While the company is sinking, the inflated egos at the top probably think they are doing great things.

It’s real simple … Senior management doesn’t care one iota about the day to day worker .. They are driven by one thing GREED for themselves …
Missed opportunities to improve. This company hasn’t cared about that since 2016 and even further back. Remember that sr leaders only do what’s best for their pockets. Whatever their bonus is dependent upon is what they will do.
They are doing what the board wants them to do…slash costs, increase profits and dividends so they can just drain the company of all of its cash. They don’t care about the long term.
