Stop ENABLING Executive Bonuses

Stop. Just stop. Stop working overtime. Stop sacrificing your well being. Stop giving a damn. Stop doing the impossible. Stop doing whatever it takes to hit unrealistic targets. It isn’t worth it. The company won’t care or remember. They won’t start treating us better until they realize they need us. Stop enabling their bad behavior by sacrificing yourself so they get a bonus and you get nothing and ruin your family relationships.

Same in EMTEC. Everyone is overworked. All new management who doesn’t have a clue about what we do or how we do it. Just keep barking out more, more, more

I hope everyone in the Permian sees this. They have no problem increasing CAPEX but come he-l or high water there is no way we can increase the fu----g Premium! Do more everyone. Bring on more wells. No we aren’t going to hire more people. No we aren’t going to stop the attrition so you have teammates who are new and have no clue. No we aren’t going to pay you competitively.
