No one cares to hire leaders, only followers. Shocking that the followers lack in understanding how to be a leader. There is no development. I think the talent pool issue stems from middle management inadequacy. When you can’t cultivate or effectively evaluate employees at any level, how is any real development supposed to occur?

There is no oversight of supervisors. They can do whatever they want and even brag about it. Employees who raise concerns get put on PIPs.
MPC only sees potential in people that fit a certain mold. Everyone else can rot.
