To the poster who went Excellent to Good and 0% salary treatment.
Dude, that sucks. Really sorry. The company is awful.
15%. O
DW here, I am still underpaid guys.
Outstanding: 11.4%
A lot of wishful thinking on this thread, almost to the point of absurdity.
You didn’t get a 25% increase to your base salary from a company that is actively incentivizing people to quit. You also didn’t get a 50% pay increase to work at a tech company using tech skills that you don’t have.
I’d say relative to the actual workload (2-4 hours of value added work per week max, the rest meetings) the pay is decent. They’re unlikely to give much more for what they’re getting.
12% and 300 RSU
22%, including promo
Zero. Ranking fell from Excellent to Good and told I’m above 100% SR.

It's a take or leave if offer. They won't negotiate
Based on how quite the forum is... I am guessing folks got a good raise ?
Happy holidays
I’m awaiting for an offer. I’m a new ME grad, so should I counter once I get the offer? or is this bump factored in the salary I will be offered?
Around 10%
The breakdown is max 20.5% based on merit/ranking. Another 5% from CL bump. Also, managers/leadership are not strictly on the same curves that individual contributors are. All of this had been spelled out pretty clearly on this forum. Just look for the info.
Max is 25.5% if you get outstanding with distinction and also get a CL bump. This of course mediated by where you stand on the salary reference curve for your CL. But >20% is definitely possible.
Anyone posting above 20 is just trolling or they're bad at math. It's not even possible
My understanding is you can’t get a 25% without a promo. The max merit was 20%
I was shocked when I was told. Much more than I was expecting. 24.95%
13% including CL bump
Mine was 25% ranked as OD but no CL bump or promotion
Rsus are a separate communication at another time. Don't think that info is out yet.
How many RSU was awarded this year??
I think the RSU communication depends on the level of your direct supervisor.
If you direct report to someone at the level that communicates that out it might be at the same time. Otherwise they would have to be separate, but I would imagine they would both be today since I assume they used the same third party tool to calculate the entire compensation package.
RSUs communicated at the same time? Or are they still fairytales
Just under 15K
What are we talking?
Biggest raise I have gotten dollar wise while at XOM, but not percentage wise.
I believe the upper limit of the salary band I’m in changed as well compared to last year. Based on the numbers I have tracked over the years.
I thought mine was going to be small, but surprisingly, it was HUGE when my boss gave it to me........Oh sorry, I'm off topic again, because I was talking about something else!
