Based on their Town Home gibberish Xerox Management needs to be put into concussion protocol .
Many reasons. One overlooked is that they assume without validating that workers have the skills, knowledge and ability to perform their job role effectively.
Over the years lots of inept managers promoted individuals based on other factors and now these folks represent a larger % of the employee base (because they can’t go elsewhere).
I can think of a few orgs where these people are making decisions that drive cost and complexity up with no appreciable benefit. Going un-noticed by upper mgmt.
Not clueless … They know what they are doing. Driven by greed they are mean and dis-spirited..

I think upper management isn't clueless. They know the company is in bad shape. They know that Xerox' service is terrible. They are just trying to buy time until the company can be merged or sold.
