Apparently didn't get the answers they wanted to hear. So yet more surveys coming???

Learning tracks is a total waste of time. Too bad those JG15+ are excused from it. This is totally unfair.
I've said it before, and I'll repeat it again. 3M leadership literally does not care about employee morale. The board asked for reports, management wants them to look good, and that is exactly what HR gives them. Just read the questions and you will find that they are designed explicitly such that is always possible to spin them to make management look good.
I highly recommend anyone who is fed up to actively seek other employment. This 3.5% unemployment rate (at least in the US) won't last that long. There are many better places to work with good leaders and clear strategy, 3M has neither.
Surveys tell the truth, but 3M is not hearing/seeing/acting on employees reality. More training classes, that’s BS! the surveys are accurately portraying 3M lack of foresight in employee relations.
Is there truly a HR department. So ineffective!
We destroy shareholder value by discounting the share price by 50% from $260 to $130.

HR has requested managers to submit list of training courses employees have completed during this year. They will probably use that as one of reason for next round of layoffs. HR has never been on employees side. They would cut off as many employees as they can just to keep their jobs.
Zoe is a disgrace and should be fired for cause.
Cause: Incompetence.
