I have Allstate and recently had a renters and auto claim. Neither of the adjusters were in India and neither were the support staff (ILR, phone reserves).
So IDK what you’re talking about. All that Allstate, or any other insurance company, can outsource to India is customer service and IT.

Allstate has successfully outsourced a lot of claims and IT functions. Their employees hate it, their stock holders like it and their customers apparently don’t care.

Companies played the outsourcing to India game before 20 years ago and it went horribly. There is a reason credit card companies like AMEX and Discover (and stock brokerages) use "US call centers" as an advertising point. Customers want US based call centers and will leave in drives if they don't get them

Tomorrow I think. SF is downsizing to just the Dallas hub. Tip and his minions are moving to Texas just like all the other CEOs.

If it does, it will happen on the date that SF eventually announces.🙄
