That's 5% by end of this year. Expect to follow IBM path to greatness of laying off the older, experienced more expensive employees every 2 year and replacing with NCGs.

Isn’t it five percent notified by Christmas? That doesn’t include Germany. They won’t be laying off India I am sure which has about 750 people
