Heard class action pay discrimination lawsuit against AIG imminent.
There’s a reason why pay is such a taboo topic at AIG. Based on real data, massive pay disparities throughout company. And, the longer your tenure, the wider the chasm probably is. Also, if you a woman or minority, you’re likely getting much less than average for same job. Will be fun to hear how it plays out.

AIG & Zaffino are terrible to their employees. Just keep taken away things to cut costs without providing any value back all so Zaffino & friends can make more money for themselves & their “stakeholders”. No cost of living increases for the average employee during a historic run of inflation & increases in costs of goods tells you all you need to know.
It is called expense reduction wrapped in a virtue signaling package with a bow on top.
Happens everyday, has been for a long time. Nothing to see here, move along.
Haven't you all learned that AIG is like a politician. They do the exact opposite of what they preach. It sounds nice to say we are a diverse company and everyone is inclusive.
It really means get rid of legacy employees making a lot of money and replace then with people that will be happy to work for a fraction of their pay.
Nice play PZ, you always know the best angle to sc--w your staff.
How do we become part of it? I KNOW I was underpaid but didn’t know until I left
I was surprised by the complete lack of transparency related to comp when I originally joined AIG. Most other places are transparent salary ranges and STI/LTI targets by pay grade
Minority woman here. they replaced my role when I quit with a higher level role. To do the same job. Hmm.....
They deserve it.
Why do you think there are so many DEI hires? Cheap labor.
