Congratulations go out to all new retirees. Back in August they failed to thank me for my years of service so I am thanking you. It has been an interesting ride. Go forth and enjoy your next phase of life. Hopefully the new kids have enough of the old guys around to entertain them with the stories of how it used to be.

Congratulations to all the lump sum retirees - Enjoy your life post Ford! It has been really great working with so many of you through all of the ups and downs. You helped make so many great vehicles! You people made working at Ford special.
I hope the ones left continue to make Ford the world’s best car manufacturer. Please support and take care of each other - it makes for such a better work environment. It is such a great place to work when your team is all pushing to be best in the world and doing so!
Hopefully, for those who didn't leave and take the lump sum the pension won't be run by the government. Good luck...
