Raised a stink for being excluded from the engineering degree raises despite performing engineering services for the company. I was offered a one time 5% end of year bonus and an additional 2% raise on top of the standard raise in April. Better than nothing I guess and we will see if they come through.

Congrats engineers and good luck. You may find that the non-engineers who take their time to explain basic things to you, figure things out for you, work behind the scenes doing things that ultimately make you look good and help to protect you from failure no longer have time to do these things. Everyone is busy you know.

Those with less than 1 YOE at least got an extra week of vacation.

Whomever got an 80% raise for leaving MPC, good for you, but being grossly underpaid was on you, not on your old company.

Cool. I left Marathon and got an 80% raise. You all should do the same.

the raises are pretty damn good. from what i’ve seen, grades 10-11 with 1-4 years of experience have seen up to 8% raises. i personally have 3.5 YOE @grade 11 and was bumped 8%. those with less than 1 YOE apparently got nothing lmao.
