I think that in all these years that I have been working here, I have not been more overloaded than I am now. Unfortunately, I have no other option for now, except to try to do the best I can and stay under the radar. It is clear that the goal is for a large number of us to leave voluntarily.
I don't believe that the managers are not aware that one person cannot be in several places at the same time and finish such a large amount of work alone. Or do they still think it's possible, given that they mostly don't understand people's jobs?
