I tried to get a job at Imperial as I live in Quarry Park area. Seems like one has to be a student or be very lucky. Can someone please help me to understand how such a big company rarely posts vacancies on its website? Kelly Services??

Dude. Outsourcing targets will continue to go up over the next few years. Only managers are safe in this company.
Not sure why anyone bothers to apply to imperial job postings.
Imperial rarely have experienced hires. Most staff are hired from university and promoted from within.
Also, a lot of lower level jobs are being offshored, so not a lot of opportunities.
Lol you really have no clue. Maybe spend some time researching this board to understand what’s happening with this backwards company
