I think so because I'm fed up with the management that continually gives more credit to brown-nosers who pretend to work, than those who actually do all the work. When I got a job here, I thought that the most important thing was to be good at your job, but that's obviously not the case. That's why I can't even consider this management as a real management whose main purpose should be to efficiently organize resources and activities so that the company achieves its goals.

Maybe you were never really good at what you do and your mistaking people who you think are brown-nosers as efficient. It’s a matter of perspective. See it from the other side, rather than on a bias. This world needs to develop empathy, but that may be asking too much.
