While the company continues to sink due to lack of vision, lack of quality employees and a bunch of other issues, it seems to me that the leadership actually thinks they are making things better. Are they totally delusional or what?

It really doesn’t matter who they bring in to run this company, Humpty Dumpty is broken and can’t be put together again . The spirit and energy that was the life blood of Xerox has left town.
If you were making the kind of money top management is paid you would believe you were making a difference.

Its sad that xerox has no desire to help the employees, and continually makes it harder for everyone to do their job. This is done without any forward thinking, and no regard as to what the ramifications might be. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Gross mismanagement at all levels.
