Bad experience is worse than no experience.

Clearly you have no clue what you are talking about.
Have 25 years, but am not 55, so I can't retire. Depressing to watch my older colleagues leave, because I value their knowledge. Feel like Thanos has snapped his fingers. Scared for what the future brings, because it won't be pretty.
This is a classic example of someone who refuses to acknowledge that without paying attention to history, you are bound to repeat it. With all of the old engineers and I.T. people gone, the youngsters are going to be running into the same problems that the old timers solved 10 times over. OP doesnt like or respect us old timers, thats ok.... Just try not to reinvent the wheel because we already did that. Oh, and another thing... I'm retired and according to your account, too stoopid while I was there so tell your coworkers to stop calling me with your problems. You can fix them.
Ford needs good engineers who can think and care. I work at Ford for three years they have smart people but most done care because they know they are not "family".
@OP Its kind of funny that you say that..... all that bad experience made this company a powerhouse for many years before all that new thinking came onboard. Now which direction is the company heading with all your new thinking?
You should quit asap before your no experience becomes bad experience.
