End of Q1 or start of Q2, there will be some “adjustments”.
They are offering 55+ early retirement packages in the Permian BU
Expect IT openings when WFH gets rolled out selectively.
There’s nothing planned right now (although there should be— Houston remains bloated and bureaucratic)— but if prices fall there will be.

some will see the writing on the wall with nxtgen being rolled out starting in April. As previous poster said, they will be looking internally or elsewhere of their own fruition.
The hope is enough leave on their own and they will not backfill.
