Our store manager is micromanaging everyone including the sales team managers. Is this a sign we are in trouble? I’ve never been micromanaged this way to the point you can’t take a five minute bathroom break without being asked where you are going?. The store manager also insists on only working a day shift and as few weekends as possible. This is allowed we are told. We are constantly hounded about our pick rate for STH and BOPUS. Literally every fifteen minutes.

Orders coming from Blk Friday sale and we do t have enough people to fill orders .
