Black Friday is so blown out of proportion. It's like any other shopping day except for the cheap poinsettias Lowes sells.
Our store mgr is a combination of angry/frightened/panicky right now. No shoppers like they expected. We are down stocking or standing around. He should just leave bc he is not displaying good leadership today. He snapped at a few customers too. They said they were calling corporate. He laughed and said corporate doesnt care about their complaints. It really got heated. We wish he would just leave.
