I'm not thankful for the soul-draining company culture at Cisco, incompetent leadership, constant fear of layoffs - for an obviously good reason, useless yearly reviews that have no bearing on who'll get laid off, and the eroding benefits. I know I missed a bunch of stuff, but that's just off the top of my head.
