My store is in a chaotic state. Management, instead of identifying real issues that have a negative impact on employees, on morale in general and on the business itself, they are more preoccupied with proving that they are infallible. Too bad.
When we have ego driven management, of course it is impossible to expect them to make reasonable decisions and for there to be any improvements here.
