Thanks to the yard workers who have days off. Conductor jobs are now back on negotiating table. But on the bright side most of the yard jobs will be taken by conductors who will lose their jobs, and will now have days off.

Wait until they have us after 11 hours on a run to the final terminal have us switch the yard and set up engines for a outbound trip and the yard crew is out for beans or elsewhere and they will deny our claims and pay for that.

Time to repeal the railroad labor act, a document that was written while slavery was legal shouldn't be dictating labor negotiations in any industry.

Even the PEB said they likely lack the authority to deal with it at the national level. Oh...and don't forget the FRA is promulgating the rule by the end uof the year.
