What is the expectation with latest earnings and what other companies have been doing? Do we think there will be cuts? We have had a lot of key people leaving already for quite some time now and seen backfills not happening, so I'm not sure if we really are able, but it looks to be a rough environment.

It is sad to see. Truly a lot of key people left due to foolish management. Look how many directors left and are now leading in other companies. Each of those represents a loss to MDT. Now rebuilding the company will be ultra difficult as no one trusts the CEO or senior leadership.
