But Clownman, sorry I meant Tireman is still there and thriving ...no.

That's the beauty of being in upper management in 3M. Maybe your whole group gets fired, but Bossman will always have a job. So many examples over the last 10 years.

Which dept ? E2E ? I noticed the E2E leader was not shown in the new EO org chart. Was his entire org whacked too ?

Tire man hired sevaral companies to evaluate teams under him. Firing this department should be based on their finding. Imagine external entity evaluate you within few weeks and come to conclusion that your dept is not adding any value. This is the problem with external hires to top positions. They comes with idea whatever 3M was doing not working so I should start by firing people.
