My job has long been reduced to spending most of my time correcting other people's mistakes. I guess I'm not the only one? It often takes more time and drains me more than my actual work that has to be done. All this would not happen if the leadership finally placed more importance on quality of work, at least as much they place on cutting costs as much as possible.

You know what? If you are good enough to solve the issues caused by far away TPA that barely understand English, management will think how these TPA work well and that they can get rid of you! I don't give a sh1t about correcting others people errors
AIG astroturfs its Glassdoor page with all these fake positive reviews, so they are basically lying to future employees, and deserve as much complaining as they get.
Being borderline abusive is not okay just because people can quit. It takes time to find a job, even in a good market, and people are supporting their families. And being abused can mess people up before they have the chance to leave.
No one's making you read these posts. Stop reading them. This site is half complaints, more often than not valid ones. You don't need to read them just like I didn't need to stay at AIG.
To the person who replied to me, I already left. Thanks!
to the person who replied, at this point in time you are weak and deserve to stay there…the job market for insurance is not that bad, give yourself an early holiday gift and find another job.
if you’re staying at this point knowing what you know and complaining about how “mean” management is that’s on you. everyone still at AIG knows who they are dealing with.
This isn’t North Korea…pick up your stuff and improve your situation or stay and be miserable but don’t post about it here
If leadership would be a little more careful about not being nasty, not ignoring people, and not being cliquey, in other words, put in half as much effort downwards as they do sideways and upwards, the people who work hard and carefully for half their pay would stay. Sorry though, they can't be bothered.
