It is heart breaking and sad to see our company turning from once potential competitor to TSMC now struggling to survive for its own existence. It lost the stakeholders blessings that was its biggest strength, lost its talent pool that what it boasted for, lost its technical edge that gave it its logo and name, lost its trust from employees which was its differentiator and now trying to get rid of more remaining employees even after having attrition of more than 20%.
Employees in GF need to rethink seriously if they want to stay in this GF which is so Peterized that no one except a-s lickers getting to find management positions. From integration to quality to AME this company has turned into terrible departments with highly incompetent, biased, racist, corrupt and failed leaders who failed miserably in past. Peter is leader and he just needs yes sir people to run the show as long as he decides to stay in GF but think of your career, growth, learnings , opportunities and most importantly work place morale. Toxic work place is proven to be bad for health and happiness of employees. Is it really the place you have to be. Find answers yourself. There are opportunities coming in Wolfspeed, Qorvo, Micron in few months. Stay prepared and grab them as they come. This place is full of toxicity, incompetent managers and failed leaders .. jump out of there is no real motivation for you to stay ( I am saying it because these managers, directors and VPs have lot of motivation to stay even if GF sinks as they will not find a job outside).

Well said. My manager and 2nd line manager have said all the time that Globalfoundries has so much potential, etc. and even up to recently were saying it over the course of 8-9 years. Usually during at dept meetings as a rally cry. But it’s gotten to point where everyone is asking when is this potential going to payoff or manifest into something? You guys keep saying it but it never happens….
