When should we expect to hear about the RSU programme? Will we get told at the same time as the salary treatment is communicated? Feel its all gone quiet following the initial announcement earlier this year....

Who can share the range by CL and assessment group - announced yesterday?

They have been cagey about sharing the new range
RSU are granted after the Board approval. This board meeting floats around either just before or just after Thanksgiving, so communication usually starts in 1H Dec. There are examples of some years being delayed into mid to late Dec.
How many RSU will be awarded based on different CLs?
Sometimes I got told at the same time as salary/promotion. Some times a few days before just varies based on when supervisor finds out/has time.

You should know your ranking result by now. That and your CL are all you need to know.
RSUs are great but don’t lose sight of the fact that this shift in pay policy has the effect of reducing the company’s pension obligation to you. Instead of paying you your fair market value in traditional salary, which is pension bearing, they are paying out part of that value “off the books” from a pension perspective.
RSUs are granted the Wednesday before Thanksgiving every year. Communication to the non-management recipients will come the following week or so in a trickle-down fashion.
Friday, Dec 2nd, is the official communication date on this matter.
You should hear sometime in December. Might not be the same time as your salary communication as the communicator for your RSU has to be a CL 29 whereas your salary communicator is probably your supervisor who may or may not be a 29.
