"Lists are due"
Lists exist constantly. Every manager maintains a list of their people from the most valuable to the least valuable, for situations like this in particular.
Lists are due 11/23 layoffs will be 28/29/30 or 5/6/7th

If no one knows including leadership, that sucks. Why should I continue to work until I get clarity. If I am on the layoff list, I don't want to waste a single minute working for them. Shouldn't they at least tell those who will not be laid off that they are safe? Or may be the list is not finalized yet.
No one know when it is.. including leadership!
