It's clear why companies do everything to avoid WARN, but there is another side of the coin. Continuous small layoffs that fly under the eyes of the public are much more destructive to the morale of the employees in the company.
In particular, morale here has never been so low because everyone is in constant fear. Employees are much more preoccupied with thinking about whether they are next to be cut, than with the work that needs to be done.

Deanne King is a showpiece and doesn't actually do anything other than virtue signal. Her wages could fund 10 people to do something that actually moves the company forward.

Well, when the head of HR (Deanne King) is from Sprint, one would expect a Sprint experience. This is the worst of the merger. Everything that worked well at old T-Mobile has been chucked out the door and the Sprint management style and mentality has now taken hold.
Every former Sprint employee should be used to it. It was a constant since 2000
