Let's be honest. The award for being one of the best companies to work for is a pay for award, based on Made up sh-t on an application..by Fran. Majority of BU are sucking wind and paying way too many executives with way too many Chiefs of Staff and executive admins that manage calendars and pay travel expenses for useless travel to have useless meetings where nothing happens after meeting. I feel like there a great deal of people with very little to do....seeing as budgets ha e been cut dramatically. Take this as a sign to get out of Cisco and if laid off as an opportunity to do more meaningful work. This company used to be great. It is not too big to fail...
we are watching it happen. If you are laid off and have been here for years you will not be a desirable candidate. Sorry, that is a fact...Take time to get skills up to par and enhanced. Dear Santa Please give me a pink slip!
