Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Companies publish jobs but do not hire

What particularly frustrates me, and what everyone should be very aware of, are job postings where the company actually has zero intention to hire employees. There are now many such job postings and they give the illusion that the situation on the job market is better than it actually is.
I'm trying not to end up jobless during extreme inflation, but it seems that only a few will succeed at it?

Yup, I had 6 interviews and was told by HR that I had the job right before the 6th interview. So, I thought that 6th interview would be an easy, welcome to the team. Nope, I got roasted by this VP kid, who barely paid attention to my interview.

In the end, I am happier that I didn’t get it. Funny but they didn’t know that I was following the news and hearing about the massive layoffs that T-Mobile was having

This is because of 2 reasons:
1, you are a loser.
2, T-mobile wasted you time.

Look at T-Mobile's job listings. Over half are part time. So they say 3200 open jobs, but in reality, it's down at about 1500.
