It'll close just before any meaningful retention RSUs are paid out and before bonus pay out.

By Dec 20th EU will approve merger. By of Jan 2023, acquisition will close inline with AVGO end of first quarter and VMW end of year.

Does anyone know more about this scrutiny?
FTC 2nd request is on going. FTC and EU both need approve the acquision.
The EU will investigate the merger. VMW and BC will file a lot of paperwork. Before Dec 20, the EU will either approve the merger, or will ask for more paperwork. Then they have four more months to decide either yes or no.
