Corrupt organization , including HR and Compliance.
Fooling the newly onnoarded leaders as well.
Partners now taking over the oeganization. HUGE junk of partners being added and permanent resources being laid off continuously.
Soon it will be a company managed by partners and products will be copied by them and sold in another name in market.
All.CTR resources and immediate supportive leadeship is taking the company towards partners and leaking our technology on the name of new contracts. Have to be vigil which customer segment being onboarded and its impact on Avaya's security.
New Ceo is still being fooled by its own sales and services team. He will realize later that he is screwed as well and no choice then to resign and leave

{And it would appear it is some sort of sociological experiment to let it play out like a train wreck MTV reality show. I can't stop watching. Even my wife and kids follow as they can't believe there are characters like these that I work with. It is so unprofessional and these characters believe Avaya=their greatness / their own brand. My son has set a wager that the chic will soon be sellng Christmas ornaments of her self with outfit of the day clothes to change her ornament each day].
It's no wonder Avaya is so financially challenged. It's difficult to get ROI from these salaries

Just focus on being lean. Getting the job done. Cheerleading is just ignorant noise.

Trick question. The Avaya specialty. If you say something positive you are lying and total tool. If you state the facts....your negative. And then the tools take a victory lap as if they are special because they are too stupid to know what is really going on ..yet they take selfies and waste company money by getting paid to feed their narcassism (as they have few skills to help)
