20 plus years. 10 in leadership. A year of interviewing for a promotion from MG2 to MG3 and not even a bite. I’m remote and apparently not worth a relo to the company. Seems they throw out one bone to relo folks per wave. But that’s it for me, started applying for jobs outside about three weeks ago. Got one that actually supports remote - pays me $115k which is close to my salary and will wait until 4/1/2023 to bring me on so I get my bonus. Peace the he-l effing out! Lots of PTO in my future.

Please anyone close to the process knows what’s going on…feel bad for folks that clearly aren’t getting a fair chance at promotion. Really sad our company has stooped to such low levels.
I think you have a lot of peers following you. Good for you. I’m hearing tons of discontent about these hiring waves. Like insane stuff - people in roles for months and no Insurance education getting hired over people with designations and years of leadership.
