If you already haven't, I think everyone should start looking for new opportunities. My advice is don't spend money on what you don't need and prioritize looking for a new job.
Agreed 100%. This is what everyone should be doing right now.
I genuinely feel sad for all caught up in this. For me, events earlier in the year were the final straw and I got out.
Keep your CV updated, take some Udemy courses to cover the gaps, and get active on LinkedIn.
