The plan is already in place. Walmart will layoff anyone working at a store that does not have a high school diploma, or, can’t speak English, or has a criminal record, or calls in a lot. So yeah, pretty much everyone at the store.
How much do they have in the insurance policy account ? Every employee has an insurance policy that the corrupt walmart corp culture collects on , if its not claimed by the associates family. A huge win win for walmart and such a good business return. Anything devised in he-l is so.
They will cut associates hours and not give raises.
