Is there anyone here that was laid off in 2018 that was offered/accepted a severance package or an early retirement? Can you share the numbers that were offered?

@bigpivot. Agreed. That’s actually a pretty decent cushion to go job hunting.
For any amd/chartered/ibm survivors, years of service include your prior company.
2 wks/year for the serfs
4 wks/year for B10+
Cap of 6 months for service payout + 60-90 days of warn notice payout depending on magnitude of layoff by site.

This three month must be the 7nm layoff where it activated WARN in Malta . I don’t think they typically do 90 day notice .
On top of those benefits stated, there was also courtesy gift set consisting of Torino coffee mug and key chain.
