I really wish that I could say that I would gladly offer myself as a candidate, but still... When I think of the dismal market, I would rather stay here for a while longer.
That's why I was surprised to read so many posts by people who supposedly don't care much if they get cut.

Yes and that’s what makes it more evil and nefarious. They very actively tried to earn our trust through fake artificial gestures and actions. Like a conman selling snake oil. They talked about transparency, etc. and tried to rally us together over the past few years. But it was a cover. It was a deceitful ploy. That over the course of those years every now and then would accidentally be exposed for the fraud it was. Think back to the WORKSMART program and rollout. Remember how it was initially presented to us as this awesome and amazing thing and we should all be so super stoked about it? There are other examples too where their skirt rose up just a bit that you could see what was really going on and who they really were. And that is the definition of defrauding and deceptive business practices. Shame on us for buying into it.
this is something that GF CEO/others should think about it... they tried to build their trust for the last few years and now... everything they did its been erased... Trust is gone!!! No mater they will say in the future, it will be in doubt. On the other hand... i think that this crisis is artificially made... diesel price kept @ $6/gallon for no reason ... just to inflate the groceries prices... mega lay offs at Twitter, Meta, Amazon... Inflation, covid BS, everything its upside down

It’s all been lies and manipulations. Misled my whole career thinking about makes me feel sick and ashamed. Part of me always knew something was off or wrong but I ignored it. And my career basically hasn’t moved in 7 years despite the effort I put in. I feel sick thinking of the time I have wasted here
It is more of frustration and dejection from company and leadership that we trusted for so long. We trusted when it failed to deliver 14 nm development. We trusted when it failed to deliver 7 nm development and laid off 700 employees. We trusted when leadership lied and used colorful power points to bluff and confuse us with earnings that were made up as we know now. It pains when we see our careers being destroyed and our life in jeopardy in current market situations. What else could be done wrong with an employee ??
