It blows my mind that a CEO can run a company from his house and not go into stores or interact with employees on a daily or atleast weekly basis. How on gods green earth can Hendricks run belk from Martha’s Vineyard? Does anyone else think this is batshit crazy or is it just me?

Belk Black Friday sale begins on November 18 this week and everything is up to 80% sale! Why go to the stores when you can work at home like Don Hendricks and his people and give everything away?
