Xerox Salary Grades - D0

What are the different salary grades for employees at the D0 level? The internal careers site lists my role as a D04, yet I am just a D03. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Plenty of overlap between adjacent D0X bands, salary wise. Actual range depends on the job/position/ family.

Definitely bring it up with your manager, to address with your aligned HR manager. Salary corrections do happen. You will need to bring it up - they will not.

Who are our the HR leaders for the US? I don't think one person in the US could tell you. Come on US HR leader who replaced Mr. 12 Jobs in 14 years...find a way to connect with the employees.

Oh that's right, because electromechanical has changed sooooo much in the last 10 years ... 🙄

I left last year and work on commercial assembly line equipment. If you are currently a tech, those skill are still used in other industries. At the end of the day, it's all the same stuff. Power supply, logic board, driver board, sensors, stepper motors, limit switches, cams, clutches, bushing, bearings, etc... It's all the same cr-p.

The id--ts saying your skill don't transfer obviously are clueless and are just straw grasping trolls.

Hilarious that xeroids still think their 20th century skills & experience are in high demand. Only thing never on back order at xerox is arrogance.

Remember….if you can work here… you can pretty much work anywhere. You paid your dues. Time to look out for yourself and your sanity.

That's right. Tons of legacy work out there that pays well. Ask anyone, they'll tell you!

Have a great day at work everybody. Today could be the day when you look out for your own interests, and not be Bamboozled by Xerox’s unobtainable goals. If you leave this place on your own, i would bet you will be happier than you have been in a long time.

There is no difference between D3 and D4. Plenty of overlap in the ranges which are merely guidelines. D5 may get bonuses in a good year.

Merit increases and pay grade increase are so rare that it's difficult to say. We have had multiple HT leaders in the past years, the last person reporting to out corporate officer had 12 jobs in 4 years and sent 5 emails beyond his immediate staff tbhe two years that he was around. We have a new person in that role, NO ONE knows who he is.

It means you will be laid off shortly to make more money for shareholders because they cannot increase revenue & have no choice but to show profit through job cuts.

I suggest you try to reflect on your failure to acquire transferable skills.

Good lord what is wrong with you guys.

Xerox is not looking out for your interests. Why in the world would you stay? I’m no rocket scientist but I can definitely find my way out of a cardboard box. Leave this god awful place tomorrow. Seriously do it.
