Once this formally hits the news wire it will be interesting to see how the Altera customer base reacts.
There won’t be a single customer big enough to make Altera invest in improving the products…

Once the formal announcement comes out about NW leaving, the rest of the customer base will know they are completely screwed. They won’t be a single remaining customer that will have any leverage Harris will sit back, collect the remains revenue and start massive layoffs to offset the huge revenue loss.
Any beliefs Harris makes deals to to purchase obsolete spaghetti code products with the intention of improving/re writing products they have zero knowledge on how to perform this. Any other belief Is Qanon thinking. I do think they know the numbers on what was spent, size of client base , attrition rates , cost of rip and replace and how long they need to coast this product to return value.
