How the layoff.com moderators remove the actual post and topic that their website was found upon. I’m sure this will be removed by end of day.
Good luck Belk folks. Commiserate amongst yourselves.

It’s probably the vocabulary you used that triggered a review and deletion. Try rephrasing it and post it again - avoid curses and derogatory speech and your post will stick. Btw, political rants are not allowed here, that’s an instant ban.
When id--ts start to mention politics- the post always gets deleted. Stick to Belk topics ok d-bag?
Belk is in sad shape with sad executive leadership, I think that's something everyone can agree on.
Thelayoff.com is content to promote and defend the failed status quo. Typical of too many people these days.
none of those things were in the post nor the replies
Site mods are maybe the ones doing the actual deletion, but you are one and only responsible for getting your post nuked. So stop whining and read the site’s rules.
Things that are not allowed:
- names and personal info (ok to name c-suits, not ok to name a coworker or a direct manager)
- foul language
- personal insults
- spamming, trolling, bullying others
It is a matter of personal bigotry or censorship i think. Some people could not face to read the truth and feel the pain! May be Belk company pay him or her good money to delete the replies to save shame and cover the Belk many lies?
Yes, interesting how the post that was here yesterday, entitled "I'm Convinced", and all of the several replies, have disappeared.
