It makes sense for MS to have large scale layoffs and cut half of head counts. There is too much redundancy. At level of 80K head counts, MS is a very inefficient company at this time.

I totally agree with the user who commented about India. They’re completely useless and sc--w up everything.
But layoffs are a reality. Just learned 2 EDs at NYP were let go.
We brought the work onshore and so my group is safe. We even hired more. We should fire india as they botched it up baaaaadd. We are thankful for their mess up though. Happy holidays!!!
