After spending so much money with consultant the 3M Execution model has been officially put to death. What a waste of resources !!

If the regional MBB team is made redundant that would be h.e.l.l. many casualties! Basically don't need a MBB in each country.
With CI managed under Plant, What happens to the area team of MBB, and also the regional MBB director?

Most have been laid off - except the ones who moved onto other roles (many of the originals).
