Allstate knows what they are doing is wrong and unethical on so many levels by transferring employees to vendors with no severence when they know the vendor could lay us off. I actually respect companies like twitter and Facebook. They were honest that they need to cut costs and are giving their employees severence. We all know how the game works. So not only is allstate screwing American workers by outsourcing jobs to vendors overseas but then they also don't want to pay severence to employees that worked hard for them for years. That's cold. Allstate is a fortune 100 company so they have the money. I hope other American companies don't do this. It's awful to hear hey you are better than expected rating and doing a great job for 10 years etc but we are replacing you with someone in another country who no offense to them but they probably have no experience for maybe 20% of what you make. I also think it's an insult to the foreign workers that they only get a fraction of what we make when it's the same job. I hope a law is made where they have to pay the same wages as they would pay a u.s. worker. I bet you would see companies stop going overseas

I was hoping Tommy would give us a cost of living increase, but that’s probably a negative.
It’s a very slimy company unfortunately. It’s especially unfortunate when you find yourself in a situation of having devoted your entire career to them and you now realize it was mostly a waste of time. Very sad.
Allstate is ran by the lowest of the low. The slimiest of the sl--e. They don't care one bit about you. The scam these egomaniacs are running to sc--w employees out of severance should be criminal which is exactly what the Allstate leadership is, a pack of lying cheating scumbag criminals. There is a special place in He-l for every one of them and I hope it hurts and burns real real bad!
